does Hincapie and Levi get a pass just because they are American?

You know as well as anyone they were doing transfusions too.

Seems awfulling national centric. Those dirty Spaniards hey?

Lets put it in context, riders like Hincapie are praised, and Valv(piti) vilified. Seems a little mealy mouthed, no?

anon, maybe george and levi get a pass because there's not much in the way of evidence against them? I think they almost certainly dope(d), but to conclude that it's "national centric" to call piti a doper (which he certainly is/was) and somehow hold Spain up as an aggrieved nation because of it when they as a nation seem to be less interested in controlling doping than any other country is silly.

Easy there Pal.
There is no nationalism here, just Evidence.
Pull your head out.
Yes we may have some hearsay about many riders, esp. those that have ridden through the last decade. But there is a huge difference w/ Valv/Piti; he is involved w/ the biggest bust of a doping organization to date.
And to prove I'm not a blanket apologist, (even though I believe the evidence shows Floyd is innocent), I'll agree that many more Americans have doped than have been caught or charged.

If Hincapie is a cheat, then wouldn't he be caught out by Columbia's anti-doping program? His results this season are similar to those of his days with USPS/Discovery too.
