Yes, they have already checked the Fuentes bags. The Spanish police performed DNA tests on all the bags and offer the results to any of the national feds who request them. Looks like CONI took them up on that offer.
Yeah, CONI has authority because the stage which they have the blood from Valverde was at Prato Nevoso which is in Italy. So they probably are going to get him good. He deserves it.
